You can ask for a refund only if you never got your product, or if it doesn't work the way we said it would.
Once you get your product or it's activated, we can't give refunds, unless there's a real technical problem that we check and confirm ourselves.
To ask for a refund, just open a support ticket in our Discord server.
If we say yes to a refund, you get it as store credit, meaning a coupon or money added to your account here on the website. We never send it back to your card.
If you report us on any other site or server, you get blacklisted from our server and website, so you can't buy from us again. Because of that, we can't refund to your card, only to your wallet, and only the profit if you already used the product. That profit is between 3% and 17% max per product.
If you try to cheat the refund system or file fake chargebacks, you can get blocked from buying, for good.
If something goes wrong because of you, like you shared the account, used it the wrong way, or broke the platform's rules, that's on you, not us. In that case you get nothing back and no replacement.
